Kiwi Kiss and Riding Hood Red Clubs Begin May 8th

The ladies have decided to wait until May to start the next sessions.  April is so busy for everyone :-)  So, there is one more club night left before the new one's begin.  March 13th will be the next session.  You still have time to sign up for the new clubs beginning in May.  If you would like to try one out sign up to attend the March 13th session.  There is a $3.00 charge for the product used and bring your choice of adhesive and scissors. 

This is what we made at our last club night.  The ladies make 3 projects - card, 6 x 6 scrapbook layout (or 3 x 6 card), and a 3D project.  There is no charge - just turn in a monthly order (whether you can make it or not) of the minimum amount.  The current club is 8 ladies - 8 months $25.00 order.  You really put a dent on your wish list.  Each lady takes a turn to be a hostess - brings snacks and drinks for that night and they get the hostess benefits of FREE merchandise for at least a $200 party.  I always have a little goody for each hostess.  Also, during the duration of their membership they get FREE shipping and a FREE catalog.

 

6 x 6 Layout

We used the daisies die and the SAB designer paper and ribbon.  The new Stampin' Up! texture plates for the big shot and the button die for the center of the daisy.  The sentiment (short & sweet stamp set) was stamped on Stampin' Up's top note die cut.  For the card lovers they just turned it into a 3 x 6 card.  :-)

The card

We used cheap talk stamp set, Big Shot's oval scallop frame die (used coaster material for added dimension) and Good Morning Sunshine designer paper.  We topped it off with Old Olive ribbon.

The box

We used the #2 box die wheeled with the jumbo wheel Friendly Words in craft black ink and embossed with iridescent ice embossing powder.  The ribbon is the new white organza ribbon colored with Pink Pirouette ink.  The box is just the right size for a gift card & some Hershey nugget bars.  Very cute!

Sneak Peek Party!!

 

New Occasion Mini Catalog Sneak Peek Party!!

Technique Class

Technique Class is every 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month.  We're going through the Alphabet - A and B will be this month.  Acetate tie-dye and Baby wipe techniques.  The first class will be this Thursday February 12th 6:00 - 8:00 $15.00.  You make 2 cards with envelopes to match.  Plus a 6 x 6 layout for each technique with a page protector.  That way you'll have your very own technique booklet when you're finished.  Would you like to see what we're making this month?

Spring Time . . .

Yesterday was so beautiful - it made it feel like Spring.  I love that time of the year!!  Easter - it's going to be Chelsea's first Easter and I was out today looking at Easter dresses.  Well, here's a few Easter cards using A Good Egg (pg. 29) stamp set.

Are you ready for Valentines Day?

It's time to be finishing up your Valentines.  You don't want your loved ones to think that something else is more important to them do ya?!   I'm reminding myself ;0)!  I love my hubby and 2 girls - I've put thier things off to the side and plan on finishing them up on Monday.  I have a New Catalog Shindig to get ready for . . . it's tomorrow morning.  Nothing like waiting till the last minute!  me . . . procrastinate yay whatever . . .

   Monkey bag using the Big Shot and the new 3 heart punch.  Kylee loves monkey's and I made this for a swap.

This card uses the Designer Paper from Sale-A-Bration and the Ribbon from Sale-A-Bration and the Stamp Set - Congrats.  Love the colors.  Very springy :-)  So-saffron, bashful blue, certainly celery, sahara sand and very vanilla.  I also used 3 different Big Shot dies.  Flower Layers die, SU lots of tags dies and the button sizzlet die.  Very fun card!
