I thought these made for cute Valentines for the kids school parties.  I made sure that they are easy to put together and perfect for the kids to make themselves.  They are perfect for a  mommy and me class.  I never like any of the store ones any more anyway.  These are cute for boys and girls.  I used the Wild About You set and Holidays and Wishes stamp set and the New 3 heart punch.  I just love that punch.  The colors are the new In Colors. 

Don't forget to get your registrations in to me for the New Catalog Shindig on February 7th.  It is going to be so much fun!

Just Buzzin' By to say . .

Here's a card that we will be making in club this week.  It's using a new stamp set Just Buzzin' By.

 

 

I used so saffron, basic black and whisper white cardstock. 

It's a waterfall card and I thought the bees were perfect.

Monday Morning - New Catalog goes Live!

Nine words Women Use

(1) Fine: This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.
(2) Five Minutes: If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour. Five minutes is only five minutes if you h ave just been given five more minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.
(3) Nothing: This is the calm before the storm. This means something and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.
(4) Go Ahead: This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It!
(5) Loud Sigh: This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to #3 for the meaning of nothing.)
(6) That's Okay: This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

(7) Thanks: A woman is thanking you, do not question, or faint. Just say you're welcome. (I want to add in a clause here - This is true, unless she says 'Thanks a lot' - that is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say 'you're welcome'; that will bring on a 'whatever').

(8) Whatever: Is a woman's way of saying SC*ew YOU!
(9) Don't worry about it, I got it: Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking 'What's wrong?' For the woman's response refer to #3.

Petal Pizzazz

I have a friend that is "under the weather" and thought I'd send this her way.  Hopefully this will put a smile on her face.  It's using an idea shared by Linda Heller.  I changed a few things and used a new set from the New Catalog going live on Monday, January 19th!  Only a few more days left ladies to buy the stuff that is either retiring or in the mini catty.  You can shop now by going over to my on-line store:  www.nikkileman.stampinup.net ! 

The colors I used in this card is Baja Breeze, Choc. Chip, Barely Bannana, Certainly Celery & Pink Pirouette.  I dusted it with Dazzling Diamonds to give it that extra touch.  The sentiment on the outside of the card is retired.  The Petal Pizzaz is fun to work with (bold color images).

I Have New Catalogs!!!

I'll be calling my customers today and tomorrow to let them know that their catalog is in.  I'm so excited about this new catty!  Lots of yummies!!  Gotta have it kind of stuff.  See for yourself - stop by and pick up your catalog.

One of my favorite new stamp sets is a tree interactive stamp set.  Oh, and a stamp set with a cello!  My daughter has been playing a cello for 8 years - so I've gotta get that set.  Very cute!  Plus, lots of bird stamps!
